Greek & mezze spreads

Pick a theme and we'll run with it. These went out for a Greek-inspired garden party: platters of kofte, borek, halloumi, dolmades and dips, with baked feta and honey to finish.

The Gîte du Bois Renard opening

When Gîte du Bois Renard opened its doors, they threw a party for sixty and asked us to feed the room. We ran one continuous table the length of the space: cheese and charcuterie boards, homemade sausage rolls and empanadas, prawn vol-au-vents, salads and dips — every dish chalkboard labelled so guests could help themselves without asking.
